Generations Project - Update

60 young women attended the launch of Generations at a hotel in Manchester on April 29th 2008, Evangeline Weiner spoke powerfully about "dreaming God dreams and fulfilling your plans and purposes"

Many lives were touched by the Holy Spirit, one young 16 yr old atheist gave her heart to the Lord, went to school the following day telling everyone what God had done for her. She is on fire for God and is regularly attending church events with the daughters of Aglow women. 
Mirella daughter of a Romanian Aglow leader attended and really connected with Generations. She teaches English to Turkish speaking students and Turkish to English speaking students.

At a Vision sharing evening in Merseyside 17yr old Evangeline was baptised in the H.S and spoke in tongues. Interestingly both Evangeline’s present were named after Evangeline Booth of the Salvation Army....no coincidence!

Since the Conference in May we have heard of from two young women who were healed at the Conference, one was her knee, and the other had complications following an operation 8 yrs ago which left numbness in her right leg and foot, she regained the feeling with pins and needles in her leg, and her toes started to straighten when she was dancing!
 
At all the Vision sharing evenings in Manchester Southport, London and Scotland God has ignited hearts of Aglow women for this generation.

From these sessions have come encouraging responses

• Several young women wanting to form a band
• Two women connecting to have a creative dance group
• God connections - Heather texted to say that 3 days after the Conference her new young Christian neighbour knocked on her door to ask for help with an injured duck, which led to a God conversation and they are now planning to meet to pray for the people in the area...she is so excited!
