WORSHIP

Deuteronomy Ch 10 v21 says, “He is our praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen”.

The Lord Himself is to be the sole object of our praise, worship of God is a vital part of our communion with Him, and through worship we give an inward response and an outward expression of our personal relationship with Him.

Praise & worship is such a vital part of any meeting, from the small to the large - the Bible Study, Prayer Meeting to monthly Outreach meetings and Conferences.

In Aglow our desire is to see women released into the freedom of praise and worship to move where God wants to take us.

“The Heart of Worship”
Throughout 2006 we held Praise & Worship Training Days across the nation Scotland(Perth), North East (Darlington), East Midlands (Long Eaton, Nottingham) Midlands (Stoke) South West (Bridgewater) and London.
Sarah Whittaker, Susan O’Hara and Vida Caplin all members of Aglow, all worshippers and called to lead Praise & Worship in the chapters where they meet and they have also worked alongside the National Team at Day Conferences and National Conferences.
Each day comprised of a time spent in Praise & Worship, biblical teaching about Praise & Worship, then split into short workshops from Voice Training, Interpretive Dance, and Instruments.  Over the six days we reached over 250 women and men, people danced who have never dared dance before, people sang who thought they couldn’t and we had many different instruments – keyboard, guitars, drums, violins, flutes and saxophone.
